This is my record of how I lose weight by applying simple diet, gentle exercise and a lot of will power. I am not dictating how to lose weight, and I am hoping to loose a lot of weight in a short time with minimal exercise, but keeping the cost as low as possible too. My wife is doing this at the same time.

Curry ooops
Curry seemed like a good idea for the last two weeks until I got to last nights weigh in where I had put on 2 pounds. Started today with some left over curry, mmm. We are having a barbecue later and I hope not to gain too much weight this time. As well as losing weight, this blog highlights when I am gaining weight and what has gone wrong. This is a departure from the strict diet I have followed for the last 2 weeks. I make no excuses, I have eaten too much yesterday and I know it. I shall probably put on a bit more weight today with the barbecue and the curry that I have already had. Monday I'll be back to being sensible. Had barbecue and we had a big tray of meat pieces and a bunch of wooden skewers, so we made a load of meat kebabs. It was lovely, we also had some ribs, burgers and sausages, potato salad, cabbage coleslaw and green salad, some cherry tomatoes and baked potatoes and chips. I had a bit of everything except potato. I went off to the cinema to see fast and furious, it was completely stupid, but highly entertaining grunt film. Loads of punch ups and car chases, great stunts. Isaac Newton would be turning in his grave at the physical inaccuracies, so much so that it was funny. I had a luxury ticket, so I had the complementary giants bucket of popcorn and a huge Pepsi, it would have been rude not to. Next time I shan't. No weigh in today as I know I shall have gained and don't want to look at the moment.
